The Vision
Uptown Westerville has always been a place where people come together. Hyperplate believes they shouldn't have to.

Food, computed
A modern data center receives a request, routes it, fulfills it, and closes it in the shortest possible time with the fewest possible people present. Hyperplate applies the same discipline to dinner.
We call it food compute. Orders arrive from every app at once and are load-balanced across a single fryer bank. Ingredients are colocated. Cheese is redundant. Grease is fed from two independent supplies. The result is a kitchen with the uptime of critical infrastructure and the warmth of a neighborhood favorite, if that neighborhood favorite were five stories tall and had no door for the public.
Westerville is the edge. By placing compute at the edge, Hyperplate brings median order-to-curb latency in Uptown down to four minutes and ten seconds, measured from the moment an order is received to the moment it leaves the building with a driver.

Five floors, five availability zones
Each floor of the campus is an availability zone with its own power, cooling, and frying responsibilities. A failure on any floor is absorbed by the floors that remain.
- Roof Rooftop drone pad and two Aroma Distribution Towers.
- Level 5 Order Routing and Network Operations. Every order, every app, simultaneously.
- Level 4 Packaging and Lid Assurance. Each lid is verified closed twice.
- Level 3 Sauce and Grease Distribution. Dual grease feeds, separately metered.
- Level 2 Cheese Redundancy. N+1 cheese, held at service temperature at all times.
- Level 1 Fryer Array A. One fryer bank for all 31 brands.
Thirty-one brands, one fryer bank
Hyperplate Westerville launches with 31 virtual restaurant brands, each with its own logo, menu, and heritage story. All 31 are prepared on Fryer Array A. Available on every app, simultaneously.
